About

“People start to heal the moment they feel heard”- Cheryl Richardson

I'm a trauma-informed coach with a heart-centred approach, dedicated to helping people move from anxiety, stress, and overwhelm toward a life of greater clarity, calm, and confidence. Whether you’re navigating low self-esteem, neurodivergent challenges, or emotional burnout, I’m here to walk beside you—not to fix you, but to support you in reconnecting with your strengths, values, and inner wisdom.

My Values

At the core of my practice are compassion, deep listening, and a commitment to being fully present with you—without judgment. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Encouragement, not pressure, is how we move forward together.

My Approach

I draw on a wide range of evidence-based coaching tools and trauma-aware practices, blending traditional coaching with creative modalities like expressive arts and somatic awareness. My practice is inclusive and affirming, especially for neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism), who often feel misunderstood in conventional support spaces. Whether you're neurotypical or neurodivergent, I tailor the coaching experience to your unique needs, learning style, and nervous system.

I live on a small farm, in the beautiful North York Moors, with horses, sheep, poultry, dogs and cats. In conjunction with the North York Moors National Park we have planted hedges, trees and wildflower meadows. Buzzards and Lapwings fly overhead and Roe deer are often in the fields. Nature is so important to our sense of wellbeing

I love walking in the local area and showing my sheep. Horses have always been a huge part of my life. They are now accompanying me in my work through Equine Facilitated Personal Development.
