About

“People start to heal the moment they feel heard”- Cheryl Richardson

Experiencing joy is incredibly important, especially in the little everyday things. I appreciate that so much can get in the way of that.

Coaching has changed my life, allowing me to uncover beliefs that were holding me back. Now I work with people like you who feel that life could be better and would love to change things, but it may seem too difficult. My aim is to provide you with skills to immediately make a difference in your life, both at home and at work. Subsequent sessions build on these skills and add to them.

I use my strength of holding a safe space for people to heal and grow. I have a proven track record of helping people who feel really stuck.

I’m passionate about holistic wellbeing - aligning mind/ emotions, body and spirit so you can live life fully.

My part is to listen deeply, ask questions to gain clarity, and support you in setting goals and the steps to reach them. I will help you keep yourself accountable to those goals, but most importantly I will celebrate with you as you achieve them.

Forgiving ourselves allows us to let go of what is keeping us stuck and find our way forwards with compassion and connection.

It’s one of the most radical acts of self-care we can take.

I live on a small farm, in the beautiful North York Moors, with horses, sheep, poultry, dogs and cats. In conjunction with the North York Moors National Park we have planted hedges, trees and wildflower meadows. Buzzards and Lapwings fly overhead and Roe deer are often in the fields. Nature is so important to our sense of wellbeing

I love walking in the local area and showing my sheep. Horses have always been a huge part of my life. They are now accompanying me in my work through Equine Facilitated Personal Development.
